Republic of the Philippines MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS ACCOMPLISHMENTS UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASPECTS
* Strict implementation of the working hours among all government employees and delegating responsibility to grow in Initiative for governance. * Created an oversight committee to look after the collectibles to raise the Municipal revenues. * Sponsored the enrollment of some 240 out-of-school youths to undergo Vocational courses offered by the TESDA. * Conferred with the award as the Highest Rating 3rd Class Municipality in the whole Region 1 in terms of Revenue Collection Performance for Calendar 2004. * Acquisition through donation of Four (4) Ford auto machines for purposes of short program instruction to be rendered by TESDA to out of school youths of Rosales. * Facilitated the conduct of Five Jobs Fair in the Municipality to benefit the manpower of Rosales to be gainfully employed. * The Municipality of Rosales was elevated from Third class to Second class Municipality. * Conducted Strategic Planning Workshop for area skills Development Program for Department Heads. * Organized and launched the Continuing Program for the Out of School Youth of Rosales where almost 4,000 OSY from 37 Barangays will be benefited from it. * Increased considerably the Municipal income from the annual P42 M to P70M
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
* Organized the Team of Environmental Police to preserve cleanliness and orderliness in Rosales. From time to time monitoring and rounding of the environmental police to ensure the safeness, cleanliness and orderliness of every barangay. * Ensuring a Rabies-free community thru a municipal ordinance where dogs are not allowed to wander off in the streets. * Construction of Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and implemented the waste recycling to address the Solid Waste Segregation Management of the Municipality.
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
* Completed the restoration and rehabilitation of the Old Municipal Hall of Rosales through the funds of the Municipality, 2006 Mrs. Rosales Popularity Contest and the CDF of Congressman Conrado M. Estrella in the amount of 7.5M. * Establishment of the Carmen Central Parking Terminal for an orderly vehicle flow and convenience of commuters. * Opened-up a 8 km graveled farm to market roads interconnecting four (4) barangays Salvacion, San Luis, San Angel & Acop for Commercial and Eco-tourism accessibility and progress. * Renovation of the Shrine of the Unknown Soldier thru the auspices of Southern California Association of Rosales. * Landscaping of the garden fronting the old Municipal Building thru the undertaking of RNHS class ’55. * Construction of hanging bridges at Barangays Pangaoan, Sitio Baong, Station District, Balincannaway and Capitan Tomas. * Construction of the Irrigational Dam at Barangay Pangaoan servicing at least 500 hectares of rice lands. * Repaired eight class rooms of the Two Districts schools of Rosales. * Constructed a Multi-Purpose Building of the Elementary School of Barangays Palakipak, Camangaan, Pangaoan, Guiling High School, San Luis High School and extended the Multi-Purpose Building of Rosales South Central School. * Construction of a Class AA Slaughterhouse at San Pedro East. * Construction and repairs of the drainages of San Antonio St., Casanova St., Bonifacio St. around the Rosales Public market. * Gravelling of Barangay roads throughout the 37 Barangays of Rosales. * Installation of street lights in front of the Presidencia and along the commercial Districts at Mc Arthur Highway at Barangay Carmen East and West towards the provincial boundary.
